Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Cheques(Minimum 10 Day Waiting Period for uncertified Cheques), Money Order. Cash & Debit are available for pick-ups so long as agreed Pick-Up time is arranged.

Our Return Policy
Warranties vary depending on each specific auction. They range from As Is to 3 years. If there is a problem with the product you receive, please contact us and we will determine whether the product determines a refund or exchange. TechnoTrade Canada warrants our products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the auction's determined amount of time starting the date of invoice. TechnoTrade Canada, at it's option, will not charge for parts or labour to replace or repair the product in question during the warranty period.  This warranty does not include coverage on; (a) conditions resulting from customer damage such as improper maintenance, misuse, accident, or alteration; (b) all plastic surfaces or other exposed parts that have minor scratching due to normal use; (c) any software on the computer, we only sell the hardware, and that is what's warrantied; (d) parts or products with remover serial numbers or identifiable numbers made illegible. If accepted into our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), we will send a shipping label for the item to be shipped back. Customers must return items at his/her own cost, and in return we will ship back to you at ours. But, being a Computer Distributor/Wholesaler we unfortunately do not accept returns. In most cases a replacement is given. If you would like a refund, please notify us of this when you report your product. Please note that any refund given will be assessed a 15% restocking charge if you choose to decline a replacement.

TechnoTrade warranties carry a 1 Year Depot Warranty on new parts and a 30 Day Depot Warranty on Used items unless otherwise stated.
